Trainee IT Support Technician Start ASAP

Handstand (UK) Ltd offer honest and effective Information Technology Services to small and medium sized businesses in the South of England.

Initially, we are looking for someone to take control of frontline support, dealing with minor help requests from our clients. Later you will be required to visit customer sites, to troubleshoot, configure or install IT equipment.

Impeccable communication and politeness is as important as your knowledge for IT. You must have a 'can do' attitude and a strong ability to work on your own initiative.

Good understanding of Windows based operating systems is required, although natural ability and dedication to learn are more desirable than qualifications.
